Locus Robotics is seeking a Technical Director, AI Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise AI transformation. You will define the AI roadmap, architect the platform, and drive execution across business units, partnering with executive leadership to translate challenges into scalable AI-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in software/data/AI/ML roles with Python and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in LLM-based systems, including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, tool integration.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide AI roadmap with executive alignment and focus on business outcomes.
• Redesign processes from the ground up into AI-native, automated workflows.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Architect scalable LLM-powered systems with retrieval-augmented generation and data integration.
• Design robust data pipelines and shared infrastructure for enterprise AI capabilities.
• Establish governance, security, and standards for AI usage.
• Drive AI adoption across the organization and cultivate AI-native ways of working.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
