Job summary

Pythian is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive enterprise AI and data-services sales. You will hunt for new logos, expand existing accounts, and lead complex deals in collaboration with partners to deliver production AI and modern data platforms at scale.

You will own territory plans, forecasted pipelines, and multi-stakeholder engagements, communicating value to C-suite stakeholders and driving recurring-revenue opportunities across hyperscaler-aligned ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales with quota attainment.
• Active experience selling Data & AI services to enterprise buyers.
• Proven ability to sell managed services and recurring revenue.
• Experience co-selling with hyperscaler or OEM field teams (Google Cloud, Oracle, AWS, Microsoft).
• Strong internal project management to orchestrate cross-functional resources.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory plan with new logos, inbound conversion, and account expansion.
• Maintain a robust, forecasted pipeline in Salesforce with weekly reviews.
• Develop targeted account strategies for enterprise verticals.
• Lead discovery and solution conversations around Production AI, AI Strategy, and AI Automation.
• Drive deal execution end-to-end from discovery to close.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architecture, Delivery, Legal, and Finance to keep cycles moving.
• Present compelling proposals and executive-level business cases.
