Job summary

PhoenixAI is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue for its Agentic AI Database. You will develop and execute strategic plans targeting large enterprise accounts in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest, building executive relationships and collaborating with Marketing on data-focused campaigns.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise software sales, a hunter mindset, and a track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset and drive to build new business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 7+ years selling enterprise software or SaaS.
• 3+ years selling database, analytics, data warehouse, or AI infrastructure products preferred.
• Engineering background or CS degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Articulate PhoenixAI's value proposition to Enterprise Accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to close deals.
• Build relationships with executive-level stakeholders in key accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing on events and campaigns for Agentic AI and enterprise data.
• Log sales activities accurately in the CRM.
