Job summary

Braintree Technology Solutions LLC seeks an Agent Deployment Engineer to drive end-to-end AI agent builds for enterprise customers. You will own architecture from scoping through production deployment, and work with customers and internal teams to deliver impactful agent solutions.

You will collaborate with Agent PMs, Success, Engineering, and GTM to iterate based on real customer needs, build robust integrations, and ensure reliable, scalable deployments in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, or similar).
• Strong foundation: ability to write code, work with APIs, and build/end-to-end integrations.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with structured execution, testing, and iteration.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders and translate requirements into plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, from scoping to production deployment.
• Design and engineer core agent logic, ensuring quality, reliability, and correctness across model outputs.
• Develop guardrails and supervisory controls for safe, compliant agent performance.
• Architect and test integrations with customer systems (data pipelines, CRMs, ticketing) for scalable deployments.
• Interface with senior stakeholders to define success criteria and system requirements.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues via root-cause analysis of traces and logs.
• Create evaluation and regression frameworks to guard against performance drift.
• Translate customer needs into internal docs and drive platform improvements with Engineering.
