Zendesk is seeking an AI Success Strategist to own end-to-end delivery of customers’ AI roadmaps, translating product capabilities into clear business value and building executive partnerships from day one. Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years in Customer Success / Experience
1+ years of AI-related experience
Go-to-customer / GTM experience in enterprise technology or SaaS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience designing and executing success plans or roadmaps
Excellent program management and cross-functional influence

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of customers’ AI roadmaps and translate product capabilities into business value.
Define long-term AI vision and align internal and external teams to execute from adoption to expansion.
