Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking a Principal for AI Enablement & Change to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, training, and change management. You will partner with AIPT and business functions to drive literacy, redesign roles, and ensure scalable enablement across OCC.

The role focuses on enterprise adoption metrics, change playbooks, and coordinating across business and technology stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned with the AI strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change management programs.
• Experience with AI/GenAI tools and practical adoption.
• Experience designing enterprise training or literacy programs.
• Proficiency in adoption metrics, reporting frameworks, exec status.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process/workflow documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise AI literacy program across OCC.
• Lead workforce transformation agenda tied to AI adoption.
• Design and drive change programs for AI use cases.
• Address adoption friction and literacy gaps enterprise-wide.
• Develop and track adoption metrics and progress against targets.
• Align enablement with AI roadmap and use-case pipeline.
• Build playbooks and materials for reuse across functions.
