Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking an AI Solutions Lead who will bridge business needs with the AI transformation agenda. You will embed with functions to uncover AI value, build sequencing roadmaps from quick wins to AI-native operating models, and own initiatives from problem definition through adoption while assessing feasibility and guiding vendor choices.

Responsibilities include defining success criteria, leading citizen-led AI governance, and driving post-launch adoption

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services technology or strategy, with post-trade/capital markets background preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable AI requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience evaluating AI vendors and assessing feasibility of AI initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern AI architectures, retrieval-augmented generation, agent frameworks, and LLM evaluation.
• Track record driving post-launch technology adoption and governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business functions to identify where AI creates meaningful value and map opportunities.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI use cases from problem definition to adoption.
• Lead technical feasibility assessments and vendor evaluations for AI solutions.
• Define done criteria and ensure solutions solve the intended business problem.
• Design adoption plans, track usage post-launch, and resolve friction inhibiting value realization.
• Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
