The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to bridge business strategy with technology delivery and drive AI-enabled change across post-trade workflows.

You will embed with functions, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and own the end-to-end lifecycle of use cases from problem framing to adoption. A broad BI and data-analysis toolkit will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of financial services or capital markets operations.
• Track record at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery.
• Experience identifying technology opportunities inside a business.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business functions to identify AI opportunities and build roadmaps.
• Own lifecycle of use cases from problem definition to post-launch adoption.
• Translate business problems into engineering requirements for production.
• Define done criteria and drive adoption of solutions.
• Communicate roadmap and trade-offs to stakeholders.
