Qualifications

• Certifications in OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
• Experience in training development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OCAIO to support AI Program’s vision, mission, goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy.
• Conduct a learning needs assessment for AI learning across the organization.
• Deliver three training courses per quarter.
• Manage the AI Community of Practice and speaker series.
