Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Manager to translate advanced AI capabilities into practical, repeatable work processes across the enterprise. You will design adoption programs, learning experiences, and communities to help employees use AI safely and effectively.

You will lead workshops, build libraries of prompts and workflows, and partner with IT, Cybersecurity, and Governance to scale enterprise AI tools. Strong change leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in technology adoption, change, or learning roles.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI and productivity tools.
• Ability to teach practical use cases to nontechnical users.
• Strong facilitation and program-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-based AI adoption workshops and learning experiences.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and promote safe usage.
• Support rollout and adoption of enterprise AI tools with IT and governance.
• Develop libraries of prompts, workflows, and use cases with guidance.
• Build a champion community and capture feedback and needs.
• Represent the function in cross-functional activities and governance.
