D.R. Horton, Inc. seeks a Learning and Change Partner to drive adoption of data, AI, and digital capabilities. You will translate technology change into practical learning, communications, and role-based experiences embedded in enterprise initiatives.

The ideal candidate builds relationships across teams, creates materials, and leads adoption activities while traveling as needed and ensuring measurable impact. Join a Fortune 500 leader in homebuilding and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years in change management, communications, training, learning, adoption, or related area.
Strong writing, facilitation, presentation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate technical or process changes into clear messages for diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel to support adoption efforts.

Responsibilities

Develop stakeholder, change-impact, communications, training, and adoption plans for priority initiatives.
Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows, readiness, and support needs.
Create role-based learning materials, job aids, and release communications.
Support champion networks, office hours, and field activation.
Measure adoption and feedback and partner with Product/delivery to improve rollout.
Build templates, playbooks, and reusable artifacts for future rollouts.
