Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Director of Digital Mindset & AI Adoption to shape how employees embrace digital, data, automation, and AI in daily work. You will design programs, partnerships, and change mechanisms to translate tech into sustained outcomes across a large, distributed organization.

The role leads the AI Adoption & Enablement team, defines adoption metrics, and collaborates with Product and business leaders to embed adoption in priority products. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

10+ years of change, adoption, learning, digital transformation, or related experience.
Strong facilitation, storytelling, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.
Working knowledge of generative AI, digital productivity tools, analytics, and technology adoption practices.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise digital mindset and AI adoption strategy across units.
Build enablement programs for AI, data-driven decision-making, automation, and transformation products.
Create a network of champions sharing practical use cases and feedback.
