The Company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries. Please visit our website at www.drhorton.com for more information. As the nation's largest homebuilder by volume, D.R. Horton is transforming how it uses data, AI, and digital solutions for the next generation of homebuilding, and we pair the reach of a national enterprise with a culture built on local ownership, practical innovation, and deep business partnerships. Our teams focus on solutions that work in the field and deliver real results, not technology for its own sake. In this role, you'll have a critical opportunity to shape modern capabilities that will influence how the company operates for years to come.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Manager. The AI Adoption & Enablement Manager will help turn modern AI capabilities into practical ways of working across the organization. This role will create adoption programs, learning experiences, communities, and measurement approaches that help employees use AI effectively and responsibly. The ideal candidate combines change leadership, curiosity, strong communication, and a practical understanding of AI to help new capabilities become sustained business habits rather than one-time experiments. This role owns enterprise AI tool enablement and the champion community, executing within the enterprise adoption strategy set by the Director, Digital Mindset & AI Adoption and partnering with Learning / Change Partners embedded on specific initiatives. Success in this role means measurable, sustained growth in the number of employees using approved AI tools well, with clear evidence of time saved and quality improved in everyday work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver role-based workshops, office hours, playbooks, demonstrations, and learning experiences for approved AI and digital tools
  • Partner with business and field teams to identify high-value everyday AI and workflow automation opportunities and help users apply them safely
  • Support administration, configuration, rollout, and adoption of enterprise AI tools in partnership with IT, Cybersecurity, and Governance
  • Develop reusable prompt, workflow, and use-case libraries with clear data-handling and human-validation guidance
  • Build and support a champion community and capture feedback, success stories, barriers, and emerging needs
  • Represent the function in cross-functional discovery, architecture, governance, operational-readiness, and continuous-improvement activities as appropriate
  • Stay current on relevant data, AI, digital, software, and industry practices and apply new capabilities when they create practical business value
  • Identify, shape, and pilot new opportunities where data, AI, and digital capabilities can create business value, operating with an owner's mindset and a bias toward building, testing, and learning quickly
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner
  • Ability to travel overnight
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervises 2 or more employees

  • Strong facilitation, communication, relationship‑building, and program management skills.
  • Ability to understand governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements and translate them into practical user guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver results in an evolving environment
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across the organization, balancing enterprise standards with business needs and operating realities
