Job summary

Capco is seeking a Principal Consultant – AI Transformation & Adoption to help global financial services clients translate advances in AI into enterprise-scale transformations. You will lead engagements, identify high-value opportunities, redesign workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to move initiatives from experimentation to sustainable adoption.

You will advise senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and develop reusable assets, contributing to Capco’s AI transformation

Qualifications

Experience leading AI transformation programs for enterprise clients.
Strong track record in aligning business priorities with AI investments.
Experience in regulated industries, especially Financial Services, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements on enterprise AI transformation and adoption with measurable outcomes.
Identify high-value AI opportunities and redesign workflows incorporating copilots and AI agents.
Advise executives, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption and value measures.
Collaborate across product, engineering, data, risk, and business teams to scale AI initiatives.
Develop reusable methods and assets to strengthen Capco’s AI proposition.
