Job summary

Anthropos is hiring its first two Account Executives for the US market, based on the East Coast. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle, build your pipeline from inbound and outbound, and closely collaborate with the founder to scale our enterprise AI platform.

Target customers are medium to large enterprises across tech, pharma, semiconductors, energy and consulting. Travel about one week per month is expected as you present at industry events and progress deals face to face.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in HR tech, L&D, IT or developer tools.
• Experience selling to HR, L&D and IT leaders is essential.
• Proven ability to source deals via cold calling, LinkedIn and email outbound.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from discovery to demo, negotiation and close.
• Build and manage your own pipeline; inbound leads and current accounts plus outbound.
• Travel about one week per month to meet prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with the founder to shape US market strategy and playbooks.
