Job summary

You will lead sprint planning across Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Fulfillment, and Customer Experience, partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps and stakeholders for high-quality outcomes. The role requires 5-7 years of related experience, strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in product management, business systems, IT operations, project management, or Agile delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional technical teams and enterprise tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery across cross-functional teams to meet objectives and timelines.
• Drive sprint planning by balancing priorities, dependencies, and capacity.
• Identify and resolve requirements gaps, risks, design challenges, and backlog priorities.
• Develop and analyze project metrics, dashboards, and reporting for visibility.
