The ideal candidate has 4+ years leading product teams, strong J2EE technical background, and experience with ITIL/Agile methodologies. Expect a fast-paced, enterprise environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in technology, records systems, finance, accounting, or related technical discipline, or equivalent education.
• Minimum: 4 years of experience collaborating on delivery of solutions using ITIL, Agile, XP, or comparable methodologies.
• Minimum: 4 years of experience leading product teams.
• Minimum: 4 years of hands‑on experience in J2EE and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT management to determine and communicate company vision, direction, and priorities, and drive progress toward goal roadmaps.
• Remodel product teams to deliver enterprise value incrementally and often in alignment with company targets and key outcomes.
• Ensure sound product management, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Create an environment that enables squads to be self‑governing and accountable for their performance and delivery commitments.
• Continuously acquire and share knowledge and best practices within the organization.
• Remove obstacles, build relationships, and communicate effectively across all levels of leadership.
• Manage and track product budgets.
• Lead adoption and migration of emerging technologies.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of individuals with diverse skill sets.
