Job summary

Alliant Credit Union seeks a senior agile transformation partner to drive enterprise-wide adoption and coach the Agile Center of Excellence. The role focuses on mentoring scrum masters, aligning business units with transformation goals, and promoting best practices at scale.

Responsibilities include leading PI Planning, tracking metrics, removing impediments, and fostering cross-functional teamwork to achieve OKRs and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years experience as Scrum Master, software development, or related.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban frameworks.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• In lieu of formal education: 10 years in Scrum Master/Agile roles.
• Certifications preferred: CSM or related; A-CSM; CSP-PO; POPM; RTE.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to drive enterprise-wide agile mindset and implement best practices.
• Mentor scrum masters and elevate the Agile Center of Excellence; promote standards at scale.
• Resolve program-level impediments and support delivery performance.
• Eliminate silos and enable cross-functional teams; align with OKRs.
• Lead PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums; maintain dashboards.
• Improve PI readiness and agile maturity indicators.
• Coach teams to maximize ROI and milestone delivery.
• Promote Agile adoption with ceremonies and data-driven improvements.
• Maintain backlog visibility and transparency in Azure DevOps.
