Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery.
- 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- 2+ years managing Scrum Masters or Agile delivery professionals.
- CSM or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience coaching Agile teams and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Lean Kanban, and Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Scrum Masters, including hiring, performance management, goal setting, and development plans.
- Meet regularly with Scrum Masters to review observations, sprint insights, and address challenges.
- Manage Scrum Master capacity, coverage, and succession planning.
- Support Communities of Practice and foster consistent practices across Value Streams.
- Serve as a Scrum Master when organizational needs require.
