Western Alliance Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering IT projects. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and act as a servant leader to ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous process improvement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and monitor performance using Agile metrics, leveraging tools like Azure DevOps. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Management, or similar field.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.
• Previous leadership experience in mentoring Agile teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Agile teams in Scrum ceremonies and facilitation.
• Remove impediments and shield teams from distractions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor team performance with Agile metrics and use Azure DevOps for sprint management.
• Perform some project management activities such as financial management and sprint reporting.
