Job summary

Alliant Credit Union in the United States seeks an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to partner with leaders and RTEs to drive an enterprise-wide agile mindset and remove impediments. You will mentor scrum masters, promote the Agile Center of Excellence, and elevate maturity across domains.

You will lead ceremonies such as PI Planning, provide metrics and dashboards, and align teams with OKRs while delivering program progress and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related required.
• 7+ years as Scrum Master, software development or related.
• Certifications such as CSM, A-CSM, CSP-PO, POPM or SAFe RTE preferred.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to drive enterprise-wide agile mindset.
• Mentor scrum masters and elevate the Agile Center of Excellence.
• Align programs with transformation goals and resolve impediments.
• Lead PI Planning and other agile ceremonies; manage metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with product and program management to improve PI readiness.
• Coach teams to maximize ROI and milestone delivery.
