Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Agile Coach for a remote contract engagement in the financial services sector. You will support an enterprise agility pilot across 24 teams, guiding lean-agile principles and modern engineering practices, and advising leaders on agile mindsets.

As part of the engagement, you will train teams, coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and design roadmaps for scalable agile adoption.

Qualifications

Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams and leaders in enterprise environments.
Expertise in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, and scaled frameworks.
Experience enabling large-scale transformations and pilot programs.

Responsibilities

Ensure Agile Operating Frameworks and Risk Frameworks are followed, using metrics to drive improvement.
Create strategic coaching objectives with leaders to drive adoption, maturity, and product mindset.
Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives on Agile leadership practices.
Empower teams to become self-managing, cross-functional, and focused on relentless improvement.
Develop operating models or roadmaps for future Agile practices across teams.
Plan and design agile adoption across multiple teams within the Digital Banking ecosystem.
