Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Agile Coach for a remote, contract engagement across a Digital Banking ecosystem. You will enable teams to learn and mature Lean-Agile practices, guide leaders on agile mindsets, and contribute to organization-wide agility initiatives.

Role requires coaching multiple teams and leaders in enterprise settings, with a focus on lean-agile principles, Scrum, and modern engineering practices. W2 benefits and a comprehensive package are offered.

Qualifications

Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams and leaders in an enterprise environment.
Expertise in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, and scaled frameworks.
Experience implementing modern engineering practices with technology teams.

Responsibilities

Ensure Agile Operating Frameworks and Risk Frameworks are followed, leveraging feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement with coaches and scrum masters.
Create strategic coaching objectives with leaders to drive adoption, maturity, and optimization of agile and product mindset and practices.
Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives on Agile leadership practices.
Empower teams to become self-managing, cross-functional, and focused on relentless improvement.
Develop operating models or roadmaps for future Agile practices across multiple teams.
Plan and design agile adoption across multiple teams within the Digital Banking ecosystem.
