Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in the Financial Services sector in the United States. You will develop strategic territory plans, advance deals with Tier-1 banks, and articulate the value of graph technology, cloud/SaaS options, and open-source models in large, regulated environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor SDRs, and navigate long procurement cycles using MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger methodologies to win logos and expand

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software sales (FSI preferred).
• Experience with complex sales cycles in Banking/Capital Markets.
• Proven ability to build relationships with CTOs and IT leaders.
• Knowledge of open-source and cloud/SaaS hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for large banking institutions.
• Deliver product demos and proposals showing business value.
• Lead multi-stakeholder buying committees and manage full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, C/S, and Partners.
• Forge partnerships with public cloud providers.
