OpenAI is seeking a Content & Solutions Marketing Lead to define how we communicate the value of OpenAI’s advertising solutions to enterprise marketers and agencies. You will craft narratives, content, proof, sales tools, and education programs to help marketers understand the opportunity and drive results.

Reporting to the Head of Global Large Advertiser Marketing, you will lead a function spanning messaging, thought leadership, and customer education, partnering with Sales, Communications,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content marketing, solutions marketing, product marketing, ad sales marketing, or related roles.
• Experience developing messaging for enterprise buyers and complex decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and agency workflows.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills to translate data into customer stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop the enterprise advertising narrative and audience-specific messaging.
• Define the content strategy and distribution plans from awareness through growth.
• Build solutions narratives with clear customer use cases and benefits.
• Create thought leadership content and executive presentations.
• Build customer proof through case studies and testimonials.
• Equip Sales with core pitch narratives, presentations, and playbooks.
• Develop scalable customer education content including webinars and guides.
• Establish scalable content operations with briefing, localization, and maintenance.
• Measure content impact with strategy teams and improve adoption.
