Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Content & Solutions Marketing Lead to shape how we communicate the value of advertising solutions to enterprise advertisers and agencies.

You will craft narratives, proof, sales tools, and education programs that help marketers understand opportunity and make informed investments. Reporting to the Head of Global Large Advertiser Marketing, you will lead messaging, thought leadership, and customer education, building a scalable content operation and aligning with Sales,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content marketing, solutions marketing, product marketing, ad sales marketing, or related roles.
• Track record of developing positioning, messaging, and content for enterprise buyers and complex commercial decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, advertiser objectives, agency workflows, and how marketers evaluate media investments.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, translating complex products and data into clear customer stories.
• Experience developing sales narratives and enablement materials with enterprise sales teams.
• Turning customer insights and performance evidence into persuasive case studies, solutions content, or educational resources.
• Ability to build repeatable content processes and maintain quality across formats and channels.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment around a shared narrative.

Responsibilities

• Develop the enterprise advertising narrative and audience-specific positioning with product marketing and communications.
• Define the content strategy, priorities, formats, and distribution for awareness, evaluation, adoption, and growth.
• Build solutions narratives translating capabilities into customer use cases and business benefits.
• Create thought leadership, executive presentations, research-based content, and materials for marketers.
• Develop customer proof through case studies, testimonials, and evidence to support the advertising story.
• Equip Sales with core pitch narratives, presentations, solution briefs, playbooks, and objection-handling materials.
• Develop scaled customer education through webinars, video, guides, and learning resources.
• Establish scalable content operation with briefing, creation, localization, distribution, and maintenance processes.
• Measure content engagement and impact with Strategy & Operations to drive adoption and commercial outcomes.
