OpenAI is seeking an Industry & Experiential Marketing Lead to shape engagement with the global advertising community. You will design programs, executive experiences, and partnerships that build trust and demand for OpenAI’s advertising solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Communications, and Content teams, lead a new function, and drive high-impact programs across conferences, executive gatherings, and industry partnerships that scale globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or advertising industry roles.
• Proven ability to build industry partnerships and experiential programs.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with sales and comms.
• Ability to translate business goals into engaging programs and events.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and industry leaders.

Responsabilités

• Define global industry engagement strategy and partnerships.
• Lead advertising industry events portfolio including conferences and activations.
• Develop executive programs and thought leadership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Communications, and Content teams.
• Manage budgets and external partners for the function.
• Measure impact and drive program improvements.
