Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded consultant to architect and deliver enterprise MarTech and customer experience solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. You will define architectures, collaborate with delivery teams, and drive scalable omnichannel experiences aligned with client objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in MarTech/cex projects, 2+ years with Adobe Cloud implementations, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
Minimum of 2 years experience with Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, including Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; if an associate's degree, 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

Design architecture and configure the solution of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
Partner with stakeholders to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver omnichannel experiences.
