Keywords Studios is hiring an Account Manager for its Player Engagement Sales & Business Development team. You will manage relationships with major enterprise game companies, develop and execute account plans, expand product adoption, and uncover whitespace opportunities within existing accounts.

You will collaborate with product, customer success, and production teams to protect revenues and drive client success while leveraging your industry network to create new opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Account Management experience supporting Game Industry customers.
• Experience engaging with game publishers at executive levels (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP).
• Proven experience growing an existing book of business; ACV > $20M.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute enterprise account plans.
• Expand adoption of Player Engagement services with product and customer success teams.
• Be the single point of contact for customer health, including legal and billing discussions.
• Protect revenues by working with production teams and cross-functional partners.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and leverage industry networks to create opportunities.
