Job summary

Blackwood Associates Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Annapolis, MD to drive enterprise accounts and build strategic pipelines.

You will establish and grow relationships within demanding enterprise clients and coordinate with Sales Engineering and Customer Support to exceed revenue targets. The role requires a track record of pipeline development, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic capture plans for named accounts.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Comfort with forecasting and managing a sales pipeline end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted business opportunities within named enterprise accounts to maximize revenue potential.
• Create and execute strategic capture plans for each named account with regional leadership support.
• Manage sales operations for the territory including quoting, order processing, and CRM updates.
• Provide accurate forecasting and maintain a healthy pipeline up to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, PMO and Engineering to drive opportunities and align on deals.
• Strengthen OEM/partner relationships and meet quarterly and annual goals.
