Job summary

Fivetran in Japan is seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to be the primary contact for a growing book of customers. You will influence satisfaction, adoption, and ARR growth across Japan, handling renewals, expansions, and strategic engagements.

This remote role requires a thoughtful, customer-obsessed GTM professional with sales and post-sales experience, comfortable communicating in Japanese and English, and a proven track record of developing executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be primary relationship owner for existing customers in Japan: retention, renewals, upsells.
• Build executive and technical relationships with customers in Japanese and English.
• Drive customer adoption of Fivetran connectors and platform features through consultative conversations.
• Manage the full contracting lifecycle for your book with Legal and Sales Ops.
• Provide timely forecasts for renewals and expansions; keep Salesforce updated.
• Partner cross-functionally with CS, Sales Engineers, Product, Marketing and Partners/SIs to deliver outcomes.
• Act as escalation owner; resolve problems quickly while protecting the customer relationship.
