Fivetran is expanding its Japan business and seeks an Account Executive, Enterprise - Strategic Expansion who will own a key book of existing customers in Japan. You will manage retention, renewals, upsells and adoption-driven growth, serving as the primary contact for strategic accounts and driving ARR expansion.

The role emphasizes customer-obsessed GTM leadership, strong collaboration across teams, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers and company growth from a remote stand-point

Formación

• Experience in sales or post-sales roles with a focus on enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing customer relationships in Japan or with Japanese customers preferred.
• Ability to drive retention, renewals, and expansion through data-driven strategies.
