Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic Telco and Media partnerships in Poland. You will own large transformations, build executive-level relationships, and drive multi-year revenue agendas.

You will articulate business value, coordinate across sales, solution engineering, customer success and partners, and run complex cycles with procurement and IT to deliver measurable outcomes. Fluency in Polish and English is required; MBA preferred.

Competenze

Significant experience selling complex enterprise technology or transformation solutions (telecom/media space is a plus).
Proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets and managing multi-million-dollar opportunities.
Ability to navigate large organizations and build cross-functional relationships across business, technology and procurement.
Fluency in Polish and English; MBA preferred.

Own and grow relationships with Telco and Media customers in Poland.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and business leaders.
Develop deep understanding of each customer's strategy, operating model and priorities.
Identify multi-year transformation opportunities across CX, sales, service, marketing, data and AI.
Position Salesforce platform around strategic customer outcomes and measurable value.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders; manage pipeline and forecast.
Orchestrate teams across sales, solution engineering, product, customer success and partners.
