Job description

Incredible Health is looking for an experienced enterprise account executive, who has a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and exceeding targets. Youwill play a major role in driving the growth of the business and shaping future emerging services which will have a significant impact on our business and the healthcare labor industry.

As an enterprise account executive, youwill own and manage the sales cycle, targetingkeyhealthcareaccountsin your territory. Our ideal candidate thrivesinfast-paced, high-growth environments and is a self starter. This is an important role that will help shape the long-term strategy by refining our playbook for market growth. We work with over 1,500 hospitals and 1 million nurses, and are expanding aggressively to support additional markets and healthcare roles.

This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states:

California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Idaho, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia

Typical Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with hospitals and health systems to create trust and new partnerships
  • Leading a consultative solution based sale which is inclusive of multiple buyers
  • Identifying target customers to pursue new and existing market opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing, SDR and Customer Success Teams to support big growth in your territory and achieve corporate goals
  • Creating and articulating compelling core value propositions to target customers
  • Building & maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Success in your first 6 months will look like:
  • Learn the Incredible Health story and master how to communicate with CHRO’s, CNO’s, and CEO’s on our value prop
  • Successfully create and close new business opportunities and customer expansions
  • Build a 3x pipeline through intense prospecting and dedicated TOF activity
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions. Focus in healthcare technology, healthcare services and/or selling to the CHRO and CNO persona is preferred
