We are scaling up a new enterprise logistics management platform and need additional enterprise and SMB sales capacity.

The Job:

Wellsite Navigator is looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities in enterprise and SMB for our oil and gas software solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background infull cyclesoftware sales to enterprise customers, an understanding of the oil and gas industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the oil and gas sector
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs, mostly online.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM software.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsin a full cycle sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry processes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based software solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling software or services to oil & gas supermajors, majors and independents
  • Competitive base salary of $80k-$100k/year base + Uncapped 8% Commission + 50% Individual Health Care + 401(k) matching + Profit-Sharing Defined Benefit Plan
  • First Year OTE $160,000
