Job summary

Aikido is seeking an Account Executive to drive enterprise SaaS sales, expanding relationships across engineering, DevOps and security teams, and closing long-term partnerships.

You will prospect the right companies, run end-to-end deals, and map technical value to business outcomes while collaborating with Customer Success and Product. We offer top-tier tech pay, equity, and flexible hours in a fast-growing security platform.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
• Experience owning multiple strategic accounts with a long-term, relationship-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle for a defined list of enterprise targets from first touch to close.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior engineering, platform, and security leaders.
• Drive expansion within existing accounts in tight partnership with Customer Success and Product.
• Build tailored presentations and demos that show clear technical and business value.
• Align with marketing and alliances on account-based programs and partner-led motions.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot.
• Represent Aikido in the field at industry and partner events.
