Job summary

Fivetran is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise to generate new business, expand existing relationships, and close enterprise deals in the German market. The role is full-time and remote based out of Germany, with a focus on top accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll lead opportunities with partners and direct outreach, pitch Fivetran’s database replication, and guide multi-person buying committees through 90–180 day sales cycles. Travel to one-week bootcamp may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in new business sales targeting enterprise-level clients.
• Ability to develop and execute territory and account plans.
• Experience driving pipeline generation with ecosystem partners and direct sales.
• Proven track record in landing customers quickly and negotiating complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with partners and direct outbound on named enterprise accounts in territory.
• Articulate the value of Fivetran’s Database replication and platform to senior decision makers.
• Manage 90–180 day sales cycles with multiple stakeholders to close enterprise deals.
• Negotiate deals with legal, deal desk, and deal champions; manage procurement processes.
