Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own a defined territory, build pipeline, and close complex multi‑stakeholder deals in a consumption‑based model. You’ll blend sales execution, technical fluency, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You’ll perform discovery with MEDDPICC, tell the Elastic story through live demos, and partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in SaaS with consumption/usage models.
• Ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent to build disciplined pipeline.
• Track record delivering executive-level presentations and demos tied to ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with outbound cadence.
• Conduct discovery to uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored narratives and live demos showing Elastic value.
• Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations for multi-year commitments.
• Discuss cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and data architectures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.
