Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own a defined territory, build pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. You’ll combine sales execution with technical fluency and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth in the Enterprise segment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a consumption-based or usage-model environment.
- Apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive disciplined pipeline.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and demos linking capabilities to business value.
- Strong negotiation skills closing multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
- Technical and cloud fluency on observability, security, and cloud cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
- Uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria using MEDDPICC.
- Craft and deliver tailored narratives and live demos of Elastic products.
- Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions to close deals.
- Speak fluently about cloud economics and data architectures.
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
