Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will engage in deep discovery, map Elastic’s search, observability, and security capabilities to measurable business outcomes, and collaborate with Solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in SaaS.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability to map product capabilities to business value and ROI.
• Strong executive-level presentation and demos.
• Runs multi-stakeholder negotiations with high ACV.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory & build pipeline, generating opportunities.
• conduct deep discovery & qualification to identify high-probability deals.
• Deliver tailored narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
• Lead negotiations and close multi-year consumption commitments.
