Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business with large organizations. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, build value-driven bundles, and partner with cross-functional teams to close high-impact deals.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in quota-carrying sales, experience with 100+ employee companies, and a track record of top performance in an advisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling into organizations with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build bundles across the portfolio, earning accelerators on attached modules.
• Partner with engineers, RevOps, and broker networks in a team-selling setting.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
