Strand Marketing in Hermosa Beach is seeking a sharp, business-minded Account Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional enterprise accounts. This is a leadership seat at the table, translating strategy into executable plans and keeping performance and execution tightly connected.

You will synthesize input from media, data, and creative teams into client-ready stories, work with the Account Director to drive decisions, and proactively manage risks while refining

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in delivery leadership or cross-functional program leadership.
• Experience leading complex, fast-moving enterprise accounts.
• Digital marketing or performance marketing experience preferred.
• Strong data fluency translating analysis into business implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to drive room decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in-person with senior stakeholders.
• Insurance and financial services experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of an account from plan through outcome.
• Translate strategy into executable plans and align cross-functional teams.
• Run the delivery rhythm and manage dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Turn client questions into clear internal asks and actionable outputs.
• Review performance analyses and connect findings to recommendations.
• Prepare client-ready stories and insights for leadership reviews.
• Be client-facing and partner with senior account leads in meetings.
• Identify risks early and drive completion of commitments.
• Continuously improve workflows and reduce friction.
