Job summary

ATTN: Senior Client Delivery Manager is a senior, client-facing role embedded within the Account Management team. You will ensure Branded Partnership and Agency engagements are delivered on time and within scope, while maintaining strong client experiences.

You will partner with Account leads and functional teams to translate client goals into executable plans, guide cross-functional delivery, manage risk and resourcing, and own delivery quality from scope to final asset delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or account operations within an agency, production company, or publisher.
• Proficiency with creator programs, social media & community management, design systems, and video & photo production workflows.
• Clear ability to lead cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort in client-facing settings with strong timeline communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into delivery approaches, timelines, and execution plans; align with clients as needed.
• Plan scopes, staffing, workflows, and delivery assumptions across engagements.
• Brief teams on scope, roles, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery for multiple workstreams ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain internal/client-facing timelines and coordinate with Account Management, Creative, Production, and Strategy leads.
• Communicate progress to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Lead milestone meetings and document decisions and next steps.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks; implement contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure quality control across deliverables and maintain asset/deliverable tracking.
• Manage delivery systems (Asana, Google Drive, Smartsheet, Kantata) and weekly hours tracking.
• Track burn and delivery health; forecast resources with Kantata; log lessons learned.
