This full-time role offers a compensation of $700,000 annually with options for 7-on/7-off or alternate-week blocks and commuter rotations, alongside a robust benefits package. Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Fellowship or residency in Otolaryngology completed.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across a broad practice scope.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites.
• Design and establish an ideal practice schedule (e.g., 7-on/7-off or alternate weeks).
• Collaborate with internal referral networks for high-volume patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for all encounters.
