Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to grow the ENT product portfolio across operating rooms, private practices, and ambulatory surgery centers. The role includes training on proper product use, handling questions, and driving the selling cycle in a compliant, effective manner.

Ideal candidates hold a technical or scientific bachelor’s degree and have 1+ years of sales or related experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree required, major in technical or scientific field preferred.
• One or more years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train to understand and demonstrate proper use of Integra ENT products to ENT physicians in OR, private practice, or ASC settings.
• Handle customer questions and objections in line with product indications and sales training.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner leading to action.
• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• Perform other duties as needed.
