Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to grow ENT product sales and cover operating room, private practice, and ASC environments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least some sales experience, with willingness to relocate and travel across the territory.

You’ll train to demonstrate proper product use to ENT physicians, manage objections, and drive actions while adhering to company policies. Base pay plus potential bonuses are discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in OR, private practice and ASC environments.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of Integra ENT products in assigned territory.
• Convert accounts in line with policy and sales direction.
• Provide support for all sales activities and travel as needed.
• Relate business issues to management and participate in the selling cycle.
• Maintain compliance with company training and guidelines.
