Job summary

Stryker in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support field sales activities and engage with healthcare professionals. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on exposure to clinical procedures, product training, and territory management alongside experienced sales staff.

You will assist with product evaluations, customer education, and account development while building a foundation for a long-term career in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the assigned territory.
• Experience in outside sales, field sales, or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
