Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Associate in our Sports Medicine specialty to support Sales Representatives in promotion and education of Stryker products for doctors, nurses and staff. You will tailor messages, advise on product selection and help differentiate Stryker products from competitors.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in outside sales (medical field preferred).
• B.A. or B.S. degree required.
• In field training and in-house product training completed.
• Seeking a passionate leader of self, people & process, with strong communication.
• Ability to persuade, build relationships and exceed quarterly quotas.

Responsibilities

• Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Must be able to communicate with large groups of people.
• Must be able to communicate telephonically.
• Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. fax, modem, calculator, PC, etc.).
• Up to 20% overnight travel annually. Must be able to drive an automobile.
• Must be able to negotiate price and terms of transactions.
• Must be able to readily solve customer complaints and questions.
• Must have command of all products, including features and differentiators from competitors.
