Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in the United States (Charlotte area). You will support field-based sales, assist with clinical procedures, and help grow the assigned territory while partnering with experienced Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, educating clinical staff, managing inventory and case preparation, and contributing to customer engagement across operating room and office settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
