Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Medical Front Desk for a full-time role in Fort Pierce and Port Saint Lucie offices. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with patient-focused front desk duties in a busy ENT and Audiology practice.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and EMR data entry. Experience in medical reception and strong communication are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical front desk or office experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones and greet patients.
• Check in/out patients and collect insurance information.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Insurance verification and scheduling based on provider availability.
• Maintain patient records in EMR/EHR.
• Provide patients with forms and office policy information.
• Follow up on appointments and assist with testing scheduling.
